iPhone 11 series are powered with Apple A13 Bionic chips. A13 Bionic is a 64-bit ARM-based system on a chip. It designed a 64-bit ARMv8.3-A six-core CPU, with two high-performance cores running at 2.65 GHz called Lightning and four energy-efficient cores called Thunder. When we compare the previous A12, it's more powerful in every way.

Therefore, the A13 jailbreak was much harder. Because ARM version 8.3 -A pointer authentication removes a lot of exploit vectors & makes exploitation process hard same as A12.
